[Feature] Add SyncIcon to Sistent

Desired Behavior

Create a SyncIcon in Sistent to reduce dependency on @mui/icons-material and ensure design consistency across Layer5 products. This is required to preserve the exact UX in Meshery's ConnectionTable component without visual regression.

I see two possible approaches here:

1. Create an internal raw SVG-based SyncIcon component within Sistent.
2. Create a centralized Sistent icon wrapper around @mui/icons-material/Sync (e.g. import { SyncIcon } from "@sistent/icons"), which abstracts direct MUI icon usage without fully removing the dependency yet.

I wanted to clarify the preferred direction before proceeding. My understanding is that Option 1 aligns better with the long-term goal of reducing dependency on @mui/icons-material and maintaining a fully internal icon system.

I investigated the repository and couldn’t find any direct usage of @mui/icons-material/Sync.

However, I did find:

• an existing internal SyncAltIcon implementation under src/icons/SyncAlt
• and a current MUI import usage in:
  src/custom/Workspaces/WorkspaceTransferButton.tsx

import { SyncAlt as SyncAltIcon } from '@mui/icons-material';

Could you confirm whether the intended migration target for this issue is actually SyncAlt instead of Sync?

Everything is mentioned but for your reference (https://github.com/meshery/meshery/blob/master/ui/components/connections/ConnectionTable.tsx#L41). Regarding your second doubt, please see other icons for reference and create a sync icon no migration is required in this .
